Our karate lessons can help improve your fitness, flexibility, self confidence, self
discipline and reduce stress as well as teaching you self defence in structured, friendly class.
Training is suitable for men, women
and children over 8 years old
(we accept 6 & 7 year olds if a parent trains as well).
